Our use of third-party e-commerce, payment, shipping, or other technology does not transfer ownership of the Co:Lab's content or intellectual property to users of the Site.
The Co:Lab represents work from independent artists, artisans, photographers, designers, makers, and other creators.
Copyright and other intellectual property rights in individual artwork, photographs, designs, products, and creative works remain with their respective rights holders unless expressly stated otherwise.
Purchasing a product does not purchase the copyright or grant permission to reproduce, manufacture, distribute, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from the underlying design or creative work.

Many Co:Lab products are handmade, vintage, naturally occurring, locally sourced, small-batch, or one-of-a-kind. Variations in color, size, shape, texture, finish, packaging, or appearance are normal and are not necessarily defects.
Vintage and previously owned goods may show age, wear, patina, repairs, or other evidence of their history.
Natural products, including plants, stones, minerals, herbs, and handmade goods, may vary from the item pictured.
Computer and device displays also vary, so we cannot guarantee that colors displayed on your screen precisely represent the physical product.
Many products are available in limited quantities, and some inventory is simultaneously offered in our Frostburg storefront and online.
We work to keep inventory accurate, but an item may occasionally sell or become unavailable before our online inventory is updated.
An order is not a guarantee of availability until it has been accepted and confirmed.
If an ordered item is unavailable, we may cancel the affected item and issue a refund to the original payment method.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Prices, promotions, discounts, and availability may change without notice. Online and in-store prices or promotions may occasionally differ.
Applicable sales tax, shipping charges, and delivery fees are calculated during checkout when applicable.

Plants are living things, and their appearance and condition naturally change over time.
Customers are responsible for determining whether plants and natural materials are appropriate for their household, environment, children, or animals. Some plants and natural materials may be toxic, irritating, or otherwise unsafe if eaten, touched, or handled improperly.
Plant-care information provided through the Site is general guidance and does not guarantee plant survival, growth, or performance.
Our online storefront may rely on third-party providers for e-commerce technology, payment processing, shipping, analytics, communications, or other services.
