We want getting your Co:Lab finds home to be the easy part. Depending on the item and your location, orders may be shipped, picked up at our Frostburg storefront, or delivered locally.

Handmade, made-to-order, personalized, seasonal, or special-order items may require additional time. When an item has a different processing timeline, we'll do our best to include that information in the product listing.
If something in your order becomes unavailable before we can fulfill it, we'll contact you and refund the unavailable item.

Some Co:Lab goods may be available for local pickup or delivery only because of size, fragility, perishability, legal restrictions, or the general impracticality of putting them in a box and hoping for the best.

Local delivery may be available for eligible orders in Frostburg, Cumberland, Oakland, and surrounding areas.
Delivery availability and fees depend on the delivery location, products ordered, and current delivery schedule. Available options will be shown during checkout.
Limited same-day delivery may occasionally be offered, but same-day service is not guaranteed unless we've specifically confirmed it with you.
